Blaire Investments sp. z o.o., an experienced design, development and project management office, now presents a high end concept for luxury, modular timber lodges specifically aimed at the exclusive, luxury tourist sector in Greenland.
The lodges have been designed by lead designer and hugely experienced architect Philip Vanherrewege and are constructed on a modular basis in Poland. Built to the highest levels of craftsmanship and finish, the lodges are also constructed in such a way to enable transport via a standard shipping container and therefore simple assembly.
The lodges aim to be the benchmark for ease of development and sustainability within Greenland integrating elements of the local Inuit culture.
We are seeking initial partners for the finance of the prototype and to take part in this fascinating project.
